Leasing Agent
Faith-Based Property Management Firm needs a Leasing Agent. If you enjoy a fast paced, challenging environment where you can grow your skill set while learning about real estate investing for your future this is the position for you. Leasing Agent must be a self-starter willing to work in a faith-based team environment. Must be able to multi-task. You must want to grow & have a teachable spirit.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities include:
- Writing lease contracts
- Process lease applications
- lease renewals & adverse actions notices
- Process tenant move-ins & move-outs
- Answering Phones
- Marketing-phone calling & email follow-up with applicants & tenants
- Photographing properties, writing ads, posting properties on the internet
- Maintaining website & social media sites
- Preparing reports for properties
- Willing to cross-train in other areas of the company
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year clerical experience
- Must be bilingual English & Spanish
- Must have knowledge of MS Office, be familiar with Accounting Software such as Quikbooks, & have knowledge of Craigslist postings & basic social media
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must be a self-starter & able to use critical thinking skills to problem solve
- Must have a dependable car for property visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
