SUMMARY

As one of the largest video gaming and amusement provider to bars, restaurants, truck stops and non-profit organizations in Illinois. The Marketing Coordinator is the ‘champion’ for company communication and marketing project management. The position is responsible for implementing marketing activities that drive location profitability and increase player engagement while keeping everyone informed to make these changes a reality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage relationship with current vendors
• Coordinate development of artwork between Relationship Managers and Graphic Designers
• Coordinate purchasing marketing collateral with vendors
• Research and coordinate with vendors on new product
• Work with the Marketing Department to develop attractive, dynamic marketing materials, and online content consistent with the company’s look and style
• Writing/developing creative content including, but not limited to:
  web content, brochures, marketing plans and promotions
• Manage “Company Communication" to keep Sales team and other employees informed and knowledgeable
• Lead in training employees on products, applications, technology, and competitor products
• Event Planning and Management
• Collaborate on sales aids and develop sales training tools
• Be prepared to brainstorm creative promotion strategies 
• Continually research marketplace and industry to keep innovating
• Work with supervisors to develop and implement new paths or projects
• Other duties as asssigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of Marketing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate schedules between many parties
• Willingness to take on other roles to ensure success of entire department
• Ability to maintain friendly, cooperative, and professional relationships with customers in a variety of settings
