We seek a talented and experienced Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications. As a Dynamics Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
**The candidate must have Advance Dynamics 365 Certification**
Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business needs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Dynamics applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements.
• Stay abreast of updates and new releases in the Dynamics platform and assist in system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new Dynamics functionalities.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics customization, configuration, and development.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, or other Dynamics platforms.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure.
• Knowledge of best practices for Dynamics development and customization.
