Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates Yardi systems, business processes, and user needs.
• Develops recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices of the organization’s use of the Yardi systems.
• Documents business requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates system plans to meet overall business goals.
• Assists with large scale projects that integrate with the Yardi system. Identifies and mitigates risks to successful project completion.

Skills Needed:

Candidates resume should be more focused on “Yardi Analyst”. Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• Design and Development and Implementation of Yardi.
• Functional experience in Accounting, Sales & Clinical
• Reporting Experience is nice to have
• MS SQL Coding is nice to have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
