Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• EDI specialist needs to be able to plan, create, analyse, and implement electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and supporting processes.
• The EDI specialist must have sound knowledge about technical as well as electronic data interchange
• Ability to understand client needs.
• Expert understanding of various business practices.
• Ability to relate or explain technical information to non-industry personnel.
• Knowledge of True Commerce/SPS Commerce/CommerceHub and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC software

Skills Needed:

Candidates resumes should be more focused on Sr. EDI Specialist . Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• Hands-on experience with EDI X12 standards, including but not limited to 850 (Purchase Order), 810 (Invoice), 856 (Advance Ship Notice), and 997 (Functional Acknowledgment).
• Design, develop, and implement EDI
• Experience in creating and monitoring EDI in Dynamics NAV (Dynamics NAV experience is must)
• Knowledge of True Commerce or SPS Commerce or CommerceHub is preferred.
