Position Overview:
The Clinical/Program Manager will provide leadership for a team of staff members at the site as well as ensuring that the program integrity is upheld by, groups, and all staff members. This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided. This is a Clinical Manager and Therapist role.
Schedule:
1.0 (40 hours a week)
Monday-Friday 8a-4p, some variability
