We are currently hiring professionals to work in the role of: HYBRID/REMOTE CT INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
Answer incoming customer service calls on behalf of a major Fortune 500 company that offers consumer goods/services for its consumers
Log Customer information using Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software while maintaining dialogue
Confirm customer information (name, account number, contact information, etc.) previously logged into CRM Software and make any necessary revisions
Ask probing questions to understand the customer's reason for calling and use problem solving skills to meet their individual needs
Use product database and website to suggest merchandise appropriate for individual customers' needs
Great typing, notes and data entry skills
Respond to letters and emails from customers promptly, paying close attention to detail as well as adhering to program specific policies
Troubleshooting (gaming a plus)
Understanding of Social Media Applications and smartphones
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Experience operating PCs to type, navigate the Internet, search databases, etc.
Experience in soft skills such as empathy, active listening, etc.
Detail oriented with experience supporting consumer goods/services
Excellent verbal and written communication
Hardwire Connection
Troubleshooting
Quiet work place
TRAINING:
Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)
Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
On-the-job training
On-line training
Training will last 2 weeks (10 business days)
Training will be 12:30PM - 9:00PM EST

Home Environment and Workspace:
Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
Adequate space to set up the workstation
Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into your router
Three power connections - either three outlets or a power strip (one for each monitor and one for the PC tower)
Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition

You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It’s essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
