Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable Non-emergency Transport Driver to join our team. As a Non-emergency Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. This position requires the driver to use their own cars to transport our clients to their medical appointments. Uber and Lyft drivers are welcomed to apply. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a vehicle
- Transport passengers to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
- Follow established routes and schedules or adapt to alternate routes as necessary
- Complete required paperwork or documentation accurately and on time

Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a van driver, delivery driver, school bus driver, or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements

Have a car

Must be 30 years or older

No moving violations in the last 3 years

Clean background.

Must pass drug screen

Must have or pass Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity online training course (6 hours)

Must have or pass defensive driving online training course (4 hours)

Must have or pass CPR online training course (1 hour)

Courteous with good communication skills
