Our client is seeking a TIG Welder to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about precision craftsmanship, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to hear from you ! Duties & Responsibilities :

• Read, understand, and follow work orders and engineering drawings to determine optimal fabrication methods.
• Fabricate, weld, and finish stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel components to our quality standards.
• Utilize metalworking tools, power hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring instruments and contribute to our quality program by following procedures.
• Track job labor and material usage accurately using shop floor control software.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to the cleanliness of the shop.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support manufacturing, engineering, and quality departments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results and find solutions to design constraints.

Location : Meridian, Idaho Shifts Available : Day Shift - Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm Job Requirements Job Requirements :

• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in basic math skills and the use of precision equipment such as calipers.
• Experience in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding of various materials.
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and quality parts on schedule.
• Familiarity with power hand tools and safety procedures.
• Must pass our TIG Welding Test.

Transferrable Skills / Experiences :

• Artistic bead welding experience.
• Food grade welding / sanitary welding experience .

Work Environment and Expectations :

• Physical ability to perform various tasks involving standing, walking, and operating tools.
