Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do :

  • The candidate is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will support a large nationwide customer.
  • This individual will be a key member of the Network Operations Control Center (NOCC), and they will closely support the geographically dispersed network and team located throughout.
  • The CSR will be responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, Emails, and an Incident Management Queue in support of a mission-critical program.

Here's what you'll get :

Pay : $31.00 / hr.

Hours : 5 / 8 hrs / Week (1st shift)

Length : Temp to perm (12 Months)

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

  • Associates Degree
  • Experience with Office Applications (Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience with Remedy Incident Management System.
  • Technical or Networking background.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and remain calm during urgent and sometimes stressful situations.
  • Clearly and effectively share information using oral and written communication skills.
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt quickly to new procedures and changing situations.
  • Position needs attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ability to log detailed notes regarding communications between responsible parties regarding requests.
  • Help train new team members as needed.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
