Senior Operations Manager - Collegeville, PA
This is a direct hire position. The client is looking for someone coming directly from a large job shop or someone coming from the metals Manufactuing industry.
Metals is a plus.
Core skills/capabilities: Lean Six/Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Master Certification, Oracle.
Demonstrated CI experience, metrics, and experience with complex manufacturing processes.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or business related field or comparable manufacturing experience.
- Minimum Experience: 5-7 years manufacturing experience with progressive responsibilities and leadership experience. Experience in medical device industry preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills: Experience in management of production schedules, reading technical documents and blueprints preferred. Lean Six/Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Master Certification strongly preferred. Leadership, problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, delivers results, sense of urgency and bias for taking action.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
