Description Acara Solutions has a Discovery Shop Sales Associate role with our client in Los Gatos, CA Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Associate role.

In this role, successful candidates will be skilled in customer service, cashiering, sales,and opening and closing a retail store.

Candidates must be able to multitask.The candidate will be answering inquiries and assisting with donations. The pay for this role is $19.

00-20.00 p / hr. Job Requirements BASIC / REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of Sales Associate experience
• Discovery Shop staff position supporting most aspects of daily shop operations
• Servicing customers, Welcome greetings
• Merchandise sales, cashiering, merchandise bagging
• Carry-out assistance to customer's vehicle
• Service all donors by receiving donations :
• Through carry-in assistance from donor's vehicles
• Placing donations in designated areas
• Providing donation receipts and processing receipts with donations
• Service all volunteers through internal operational support
• Store opening and closing procedures
• Cash register drawer counts and end-of-day income reporting.
• Maintain opening, ongoing, and end-of-day appearance of the sales floor and dressing rooms
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Straightening racks and fixtures, and refreshing
• depleted displays
• Processing donations
• Sorting, steaming, pricing, and placing merchandise on the sales floor
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills
• Comfortable with multitasking responsibilities
• Ability to work independently
