• Obtains patient history, vitals, weight, and preliminary assessment.
• Assists provider with patient examination and procedures as needed.
• Documents accurate and complete account of interactions with patients into the electronic medical record.
• Completes all documentation requirements in a suitable time frame (pre-certification, consent forms, etc.)
• Answers phone calls, takes messages, and returns patient phone calls.
• Assists with scheduling of testing, referral of patients, and other services as needed.
• Sanitizes and prepares room between procedures and/or exams.
• Arranges for patient's ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services and obtains necessary pre-certifications as needed.
• Administers injections to patients.
• Sterilize and sanitizes medical equipment and instruments according to state and federal guidelines
• Abides by all policies and procedures of the practice and takes responsibility for achieving and maintaining a good working knowledge of all such policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as required.'

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
