Job Description:

The Field Logistics Coordinator will maintain all dispatching services including vacuum truck services, hot shot trucking, pump trucks, kill trucks in support of all Permian region activities, etc. This role will also include the planning and forecasting of future activity and analytical reports and serve as the point of contact for logistics over multiple production operations. This job is based in Midland, Tx. and will operate on a rotating 7/7 schedule that will include day and night hitches. Candidates must be local to Midland.

Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years experience in oil & gas industry with a focus in logistics coordination in areas including completions, workover, drilling, and production operations

• Knowledge of production operations, completions, drilling, workover (in particular vacuum trucks) and logistics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including GIS or SAP platforms

• Ability to determine time and cost-efficient routes and scheduling

• Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Daily communication and reporting of truck activity, communications for field teams, invoicing, and financial and operational metrics per supplier and category

• Ability to dispatch, coordinate, and track Field Logistics services including Vacuum Trucking services in support of Flowback, Tank Batteries and Service Work, Trucking services (Kill Trucks, Pump Trucks, Hot Shots, etc.) and Surface Rental Equipment (Light Towers, Porta Potties, etc.)

• Maintaining ordering/call out activities, requested trucks to field, in-bound requests from Operations and field staff
