DESCRIPTION

  • As a Programmatic Trader, you are in the driver’s seat of Acadia’s agency trade desk, with strong experience in DSPs

    • Including but not limited to: The TradeDesk,MSFT (Xandr), Amazon, MNTN, Yahoo, Adobe, etc. (beyond the walls of Meta, Google)

  • You have a seasoned background in the Programmatic / Biddable space, and with it, a philosophy for bidding, audience building, and campaign management to drive KPI and reach marketing objectives.

  • You have familiarity working with data management partners, such as LiveRamp, Amazon, MSFT, and others to forecast audience reach and frequency by channel to build a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to omnichannel advertising.

  • You are comfortable developing and executing media plans, providing feedback and sharing recommendations to internal teams and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships.

    • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize metrics-driven marketing campaigns across programmatic/biddable channels

    • Carry out health checks to ensure campaigns are set up and running as per best practice

    • Setup and manage pixels, conversion events, and all appropriate tracking tools for campaigns

    • Developing reports and presenting results to internal and external partners

    • Apply testing methodologies and analyze performance for campaign optimization

    • Continually innovate methods to reach our desired target audience with compelling offers and tactics.

    • Lead the planning, creation, and on-going management of programmatic campaigns

    • Defining target groups and metrics/KPIs appropriate to campaign goals

    • Managing flexible paid media budgets across multiple channels at once

    • Providing and implementing recommend optimizations

  • Manage expectations from across the company from what results are possible to what limitations a particular platform may have.

  • Master the fundamentals of programmatic digital media buying operations and supporting technology (DSPs, DMPs, IOs, Excel, Reporting Dashboards, etc.)

  • Collaborate on advanced analyses to measure business impact of new channels, attribution logic, programmatic buying strategies, media mix optimization

  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting tasks for clients and internal team

  • May also act as client contacts, providing feedback and recommendations to clients on how to spend their advertising budget, adjust tactics, and provide recommendations for optimization to meet KPI.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in similar integrated media / programmatic DSP analyst or trader capacity

  • Proficient in Excel, as you often - and are comfortable - pulling together reports across multiple platforms.

  • Love staying up-to-date with the latest trends and identifying areas of development within emerging markets being at the forefront of understanding digital media trends and new tools.
