Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly go-getter to fill the full-time position of Lead Member Service Representative (Lead MSR) at our Fort Kent branch. Primary functions of this position include opening various types of new accounts and assisting members in choosing credit union services and account products.

The Lead MSR will also be responsible for supervising the front line, training staff, scheduling the front line staff, and have control of the vault. We're looking for a well-rounded individual who enjoys working with the public, has excellent member service and communication skills, and is comfortable in a supervisory role. Prior experience in a similar field is a bonus, but we're willing to train the right person.
