Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the daycare center
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized classroom
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, such as nannying or special education
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
