Job Summary:

This is a leadership role.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash register operations and providing exceptional customer service. This is position in a retail store setting.

Duties:
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Train and supervise cashiers to ensure they follow proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed
- Consistently push Company programs such as surveys and in-store Credit program
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to promote sales and meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required

Skills:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of stock replenishment procedures
- Experience with credit programs is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Multilingual skills are an asset
- Ability to provide product demonstrations to customers
