Duties:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or area
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
