Enrollment Manager Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to the stated duties and responsibilities listed below, the individual accepting this position should have strong computer and communication skills. Enrollment managers will need to know or learn Infinite Campus, the lottery database and Excel.
Campus Enrollment
1. Continuous monitoring of campus enrollment numbers. Report current student enrollment, acceptances and status of target numbers when asked.
2. Acceptance of students.
3. Plan, organize and implement the yearly registration process in cooperation with the campus registrar.
4. Keep enrollment at full capacity.
5. Understand and comply with the NDE rules for enrollments and withdrawals.
6. Assist with the transfer of academic records through Infinite Campus.
Campus Attendance Monitoring
1. Understand and be able to assist with coding daily attendance.
2. Understand and be able to explain state codes for attendance to registrars and families.
3. Assist schools in state attendance audits.
Support:
1. Offer support to campus registrars. Respond to all questions as quickly as possible.
2. Provide training as needed.
Public Relations
1. Respond to all emails within one working day.
2. Respond to all phone messages within one working day of receipt.
3. Promote public relations by dealing tactfully and diplomatically with public.
4. Answer questions from families about lottery compliance and rules.
Audit Student Records:
1. Perform audits to ensure the accuracy of the CUM file for active students.
2. Audit Master Register Binder and Withdraw Binder.
3. Audit Attendance to ensure proper maintenance of Student Attendance Records.
4. Run weekly reports comparing numbers from the lottery database to Infinite Campus.
State Reporting:
1. Work with Enrollment Director and State Reporting Director to validate all registered students.
2. Monitor duplicate enrolled students and work with director to correct.
3. Be able to pull and interpret state reports.
Campus Database:
1. Monitor database numbers for accuracy. Work with campus registrar to ensure deadlines and school enrollment policy deadlines are being followed.
2. Establish student wait-lists.
3. Run Lottery
4. Send Acceptances
Scheduling
1. Assist schools with elementary scheduling
2. Understand and support the use of the walk-in-scheduler
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
