Responsibilities:

As a Korean Language Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language skills of our clients. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering engaging language training programs tailored to customer requirements.
• Utilizing a variety of teaching techniques, including face-to-face, online, distance, synchronous, and asynchronous instruction.
• Employing innovative blended learning approaches that combine eLearning tools, classroom discussions, team exercises, and real-world scenarios.
• Designing and conducting diagnostic assessments to track student progress.
• Developing and delivering ISO-Immersion, language-related courses, and Area Studies training.
• Collaborating with fellow instructors and development teams to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum ILR (DLPT Score) of 3/3 in the target language (Korean).
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching adult language education and methodology in the target language.
• Proficiency in teaching translation, grammar, listening and reading comprehension, speaking, and writing.
• Experience in selecting and using authentic materials to support learning objectives.
• Applicants must provide proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

Note: In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional 4 years of directly related experience teaching language to adults may be considered.
