We are currently seeking a talented Claims Adjuster to join our current team.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to loss sites and conduct thorough inspections of properties.
  • Write accurate estimates to capture the extent of damages.
  • Settle claims promptly and fairly, adhering to customer policies.
  • Communicate empathetically with customers, guiding them through the claim process.
  • Negotiate claim settlements in accordance with established methodologies.
  • Work in various environments, including independent and team settings, and virtual platforms.
  • Handle claims, collaborate with vendors, and communicate with customers from home.
  • Participate in online meetings and trainings, being on camera as required

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience writing auto damage estimates.
  • Experience with CCC1 or other estimating software.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly document and communicate the basis for decisions made
  • Excellent written skill that demonstrate clear, profession and succinct communication for file documentation, internal communications and external correspondence
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Courteous and professional telephone communications
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain calm demeanor even during heated circumstances

Pay: $51,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
