Responsibilities:

• Prepare medication for patients
• Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
• Process prescriptions using computer software
• Label and record prescription information
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
• Compounding technicians
• Dexterity to handle sensitive and hazardous chemicals
• Performing non-sterile compounding in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications: * Previous experience in pharmacy (one year) or other related fields

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current AZ Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB Certification (or in process)
• Team oriented and customer service focused
• Strong math skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and interest in learning
• Compounding experience (preferred)'
