Key Responsibilities: Provide professional care for youth ages 8-18 and their families Assist with therapy, group activities and transportation Participate in treatment, assessment and collaboration with the treatment team Provide culturally competent service delivery Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment Requirements: Provides effective supervision of staff in accordance with established agency Supervision Protocols Provides case supervision and performance/professional development. This includes oversight of staff productivity and field supervision. Address performance issues with staff in a professional and timely manner. Ensure staff function in accordance with Program Manual and agency policies and procedures. Uses supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs.
