Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant at AC Portland Beaverton is responsible for providing exceptional breakfast service to hotel guests. This individual will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that guests receive prompt and friendly service while enjoying their breakfast experience. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up, restocking, and maintaining the breakfast area, as well as interacting with guests to provide a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth within the AC Portland Beaverton team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain breakfast area according to brand and hotel standards
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly displayed and restocked, maintaining freshness and cleanliness
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide quality service to enhance their breakfast experience
- Attend to guest needs and preferences, promptly resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including dining tables, counter, and buffet stations
- Operate coffee machines, toasters, and other breakfast equipment
- Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and outgoing attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
