Warehouse Manager

AC Infinity designs and sells environmental control equipment in the growing and HVAC marketspace. We are looking for one individual to oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, safe working conditions, and the timely distribution of goods. The ideal candidate must be an experienced at tracking and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), skilled at maximizing operation and staff efficiency, with the ability to enforce strict inventory handling and cycle counting processes to ensure accuracy.

Job Duties Overview

· Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a particular focus on maximizing our Amazon FBA strategy.

· Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and distribution effectiveness, taking corrective actions as needed. Actively improve warehousing operations through the use of data-driven optimizations and lean principles. Implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Be fully responsible for warehouse accuracy by implementing strict inventory handling processes and regulations for the staff. Lead in implementing inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems. warehouse management systems (WMS),

· Recruit, Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team, promoting excellence in performance, teamwork, and career progression. Track and improve all staff key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements

· 5 years of professional warehouse management experience, with proven success in tracking and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and guaranteeing strict warehouse management and cycle counting processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management including cycle counting and processes needed to ensure accuracy. Preferably if you have firsthand experience setting up and implementing warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Skill set of creating, tracking, and improving each staff member’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize warehouse efficiency and output.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
