Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing, organizing, and compiling reports for management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

•Complete end-of-day activities, including running night audit backup and posting charges to accounts. Conduct night audit procedures in accordance with hotel standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

•Process all payment types, including credit, cash, and debit

•Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively.

•Operate switchboard station and process wake-up calls and messages

•Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications

•Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to manager

•Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards

•Anticipate and address guests' service needs, Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.

•Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

•Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects without assistance

•Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Proficiency in using "FOSSE" hotel management software for night audit procedures.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and customer service best practices.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management is advantageous.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
