We are looking for an experienced and motivated customer service associate to join our team. We are a very busy, reputable shop with over 20 years in business. We pride ourselves in our transparency and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, able to address customer concerns, juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, build value for the customer in our facility performing repairs and follow procedures to keep chaos to a minimum. Our service advisors are amongst the best in the industry and our customers are the best an advisor could ask for. This shop is growing rapidly, so we need an individual with drive and experience in a busy work environment with a desire to learn and grow.

What does this position entail? A front counter assistant's responsibilities would be to assist with answerer phones, making appointments, and cashiering customers. They will assist in a quality control process as well as shuttle customers when needed. This individual will be in charge of our loaner car fleet and perform clerical and filing tasks, all the while learning and training as a service advisor apprentice.
