Accounting Contract/Vendor Agreement Associate- $22-25/hr.

Seeking candidates who are strong communicators, willing to learn, and eager to join a great company. This position will work within monitoring contracts and agreements within the accounting realm.

Job functions-

• Review and prepare purchase agreements, subcontracts, and other contracts as needed
• Monitor pending contract statuses and organize/ track executed contracts
• Familiarity with AP invoicing and POs
• Collect insurance requirements, release of liens, and compliance documents from vendors or customers
• Review changes to terms coordinate approval with management and legal team
• Enter purchase agreements, budgets, subcontracts and vendor contacts into system
• Collect insurance requests as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
