Job Title: Sales Support and Event Coordinator

Reports To: VP of Sales and Marketing

The ABUS USA headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time Sales Support and Event Coordinator for its marketing department. This position will support ABUS' current sales model, which will include direct interaction with both internal and external sales team members. Additional activities will include industry trade show support, managing a database of events and identifying new marketing collateral for future events.

The ideal candidate will be a team-player who is detail-oriented, organized, and creative with working knowledge of sales trade show support. This candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Essential Duties:

• Provide support to the sales team, including logistics of Sales Material such as Brochures, Value Props, POS etc.
• Coordinate and execute events, such as trade shows, conferences, client meetings and Team Events
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking
• Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and collateral for events
• Handle post-event evaluations and analysis to assess the success of events
• Assist with customer service and support tasks as needed
• Travel as needed to support marketing and communication efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 2 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Event Planning
• Knowledge in locksmith or industrial safety industry. (Not required)
