Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and office administration, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer support in person and over the phone
- Utilize computerized systems for appointment booking and record-keeping
- Support the dental office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Knowledge of phone systems, customer service, and office procedures
- Familiarity with office operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record management
- ability to manage time efficiently without constant monitoring.
