Now hiring qualified Paraprofessionals/Classroom Aides/Behavioral Health Techs for schools throughout Northeastern Illinois for the upcoming 2023/2024 school year!
Job Details:

$32 - $34/hour.
Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.
Benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
Plus a $300 starting bonus!

Paraprofessionals/Classroom Aide Schedule and Timeline:

Now interviewing and hiring for the 2023/2024 school year.
Yearlong contract with the potential to extend.
Monday – Friday, no nights, weekends or holidays!
37.5 Hours per week.
The schedule will follow the district calendar.

Paraprofessionals/Classroom Aide Position Details:

Providing staff support in an educational/classroom setting.
Monitoring the classroom during lessons minimizing distractions and disruptions.
Working with students individually and in small groups providing assistance on educational-related activities assigned by the teacher.
Attending to students’ physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
Performing clerical duties such as tracking attendance, typing, filing, photocopying, and other tasks assigned.
