We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer/Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and various marketing materials for our customers and for the Absolutely showroom. Your expertise in design software and ability to bring ideas to life will be essential in this role. You will also be responsible for learning and utilizing our production equipment to do vinyl transfers, heat transfers, Direct to Garment printing, among other things.

Duties:
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with the sales representatives to develop concepts and design layouts for our customers
- Use your artistic skills to illustrate and enhance the overall design
- Manipulate photos and images to enhance their visual impact
- Assist with production tasks, such as preparing files for print or digital distribution, weeding vinyl, pressing transfer designs, and using the large format printer to print signs/banners/etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and production.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with heat press machines, DTX printers, and a Roland Large Format printer is preferred
- Knowledge of CorelDraw is a bonus
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs and illustrations
