Responsibilities include screening and directing phone calls, scheduling patients, insurance verification, greeting patients, missed appointment follow up, maintaining patient flow in the office, over the counter collections, charge/data entry, setting up financial agreements with patients, reactivation calls, helping with marketing and assisting with passive therapies.
