- 40,000 square foot manufacturing shop on 3 acres of enclosed yard.
- Equipment including. (Large Band-Saws, Drill-Line, High Definition Plasma Table, 230 Ton Press-Brake, Bend-Tech Dragon Pipe Processor, assortment of welding machines)

- Responsible for further developing and maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and positive work environment in our manufacturing shop.
- Training new hires on specific job scopes, as well as general industry standard knowledge.
- Assigning employees to certain scopes of work and tasks depending on employees’ strengths and weaknesses and to what incoming projects are coming up into production.
- Aiding in scheduling with the project managers to ensure material and production has a constant and smooth flow.
- Further developing and maintaining good shop flow processes for material staging, machine operations, and general moving of materials in and out of our manufacturing shop.
- Enforcing company standards, rules, and regulations to the shop floor.
- Maintaining and reflecting a positive can-do attitude to the workforce.
- Developing work plans with the project managers for upcoming projects.
- Ensuring all projects are completed and shipped in the allotted time-frame, and with the upmost standard of quality and safety in mind.
- Working with our maintenance program to upkeep all company equipment/machinery to ensure all is running at maximum efficiency.
- Shop Foreman has involvement and oversight at various levels of the following departments: Production, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Shipping/Receiving.
- Daily reports and other associated administrative tasks also to be involved in this role
- Continuously push the boundaries of our companies’ manufacturing capabilities.
- Driver's License. (Required)
- Minimum 10 years in the welding industry, revolved around structural steel, process piping, and API tank fabrication.
- (Preferred) Minimum 5 years of leadership role proven.
- (Preferred) Clean Criminal Background.
- Regular Drug Testing to be administered.
- (Preferred) Forklift and other equipment licenses.
- Dental insurance.
- Health insurance.
- Vision insurance.
- 10 years.
- 10-hour shift.
- Day shift.
- Weekend availability.
- Carrollton, GA 30117: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. (Required)
