Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. About the Role:
We are hiring a sales representative with experience and/or knowledge in the countertop industry. Your goal as a Sales Representative is to provide clients with commercial and technical support in order to satisfy customers’ needs and meet the mission and vision of Absolute Stone which is to provide high quality, low-cost stones for homes, as soon as possible. As a Sales Representative, you will be able to reach out to new customers, retain new customers, and produce a high volume of sales.
[] Knowledge and or experience of at least 1 year in the countertop industry (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite)
[] Willingness to learn and grow.
[] Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities and generate a commercial strategy to present offers to potential clients and open new markets.
2. Constantly and proactively accompany clients to detect business opportunities.
3. Actively participate in the process of the offer and development of the projects, advising technically and commercially, where they meet the requirements established by the client.
4. Permanently monitor the behavior of the competition and market trends.
5. Maintain constant contact with customers to achieve their loyalty.
6. Permanently update the databases established by the company.
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or technical sales is an advantage
- Strong time management skills
We offer competitive pay, 6% commission, Gas and mileage card for up to $300 a week and opportunities for career growth within our company.
