Absolute Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care and treatment as ordered by providers

Collaborate with registered nurses to administer treatment plans

Educate and update patients and families on, medication changes, plan of care, and treatments for symptoms management

Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Current LPN License with the State of Michigan in good standing, required.

At least one year of Home Health Care experience, preferred.

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields, required,

Familiarity with patient charting/ documentation

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
