Absolute is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to grow with our company and is able to do overnight travel 100%. This is a long-term growth opportunity that will expand your skillset and keep you challenged for years to come.

• You will begin your career at Absolute by participating in our field service training program at our corporate headquarters in Massachusetts and our Ohio Technical Center. You will learn the basics of setting up, installing and troubleshooting our injection molding machinery and full Servo and 6-Axis robots. You will also do extensive hands-on training, shadowing experienced field service engineers.

**Absolute will pay for your travel and accommodations while you are in Massachusetts and Ohio.**

• After your training period, you will begin installing and troubleshooting equipment on your own, starting smaller molding machinery, then gradually adding our larger molding machinery to your skillset. 100% overnight travel Monday through Friday by auto or air is required. Travel expenses are paid by Absolute, including a per diem and the IRS mileage rate.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent in work experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic drawings
• Ability to use hand tools and hydraulic, mechanical and electrical test equipment
• You MUST be able to travel overnight 100% Monday through Friday
