Growing Flooring Company is in search of a Flooring Sales person to grow our Residential side.

Nashua, NH based company working in New Hampshire and Massachusetts is looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager for our growing residential flooring division.

We are currently partnered with some larger companies providing leads to residential projects. In this position you will be responsible for continuing those relationships by:

· Address leads as soon as they come into your email or phone. Calling the potential client to obtain details and set up appointment to view and measure the job.

· Accurately update and maintain site installation calendar for all residential work.

· Provide potential client with an emailed quote within 24 hours of visit and follow up until the job is lost.

· Coordinate with the client, vendors, and our installers for the project installation date(s).

· Work with your assistant PM scheduling job starts, check ins, and close outs (with walk-thru)

· Resolve any issues clients may have immediately and professionally

· Proactive in marketing ideas and growing of the department.

· Meeting with potential Property Managers, Designers, etc for repeat client business.
