Absolute Fire Protection is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Annapolis, MD

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily distribution of inbound calls, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. You will also provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, while managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge of Sprinkler trade is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Note: This position requires in-person work at our office location.
