At Absolute Hospice, we provide support to patients with life-limiting illnesses, their families, and loved ones, while empowering them to live with dignity and comfort during the final season of life.

We care helps families and loved ones during the final season of life. Hospice provides care not just for patients, but families as well.

All of our care teams have the same goal in mind – to help our patients, in whatever stage of life they’re in, to live well and as comfortably as possible.

Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to make accurate assessments of residents’ needs and progress.
Skills in documenting this information, as well as verbally presenting pertinent data to appropriate staff and other professionals.
Effective public relations skills and willingness to work also with the resident’s families, the staff and the community.
Bachelors degree in social work licensed by the state of Ohio
One year of experience in a health care setting.
