We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Professional Services to join our home health team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health, management, and Home Care Home Base software.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality home health services to patients
• Manage and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new developments in home health
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Participate in budget planning and management

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a current license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health
• Previous management experience
• Strong knowledge of Home Care Home Base software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
