Job Title: Residential Service Technician
Location: Orange County, California

Job Description: We're looking for a Nonsmoking Residential Service Technician with Installation Experience who will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance services on heating and cooling systems for our residential customers. The technician should have a good understanding of HVAC systems and must be able to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance services on residential heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate with clients and explain necessary repairs and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Keep accurate records of all services performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in residential service and installation of heating and cooling systems
- NATE certification or equivalent HVAC certification
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be a nonsmoker
