Absolute Caregivers is a woman owned and operated small business specializing in home care. We are looking for an LPN to join our team to help support a patient centered program.

Entails calling patients, physicians, care managers, and other providers in charge of patient care. Assisting patients with ordering DME, prescription refill coordination, scheduling appointments, ordering incontinence supplies, etc.

Will be work from the office position with travel to patients homes for visits and paperwork.

Requirements: IN LPN state license to practice, car, and drivers license

Must pass background check and have experience in homecare/ home health field

MUST be able to use Microsoft office products including excel, word, emails, and one-drive. Must be organized and be able to chart in detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
