Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Construction Scheduler to play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction project scheduling, be detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple tasks effectively. This position requires travel, up to 25% of the time.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Develop proposal schedules to support project bidding and client proposals.
• Create baseline schedules to establish project timelines.
• Maintain and update weekly and monthly project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and track critical path activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Identify potential scheduling issues and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate schedule status to project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input as needed.
• Work closely with the project team to develop realistic and achievable project timelines.
• Assist in the development of resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.

Why You’ll Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in (Primavera P6).

All benefits are dependent on start date; pro-rated for mid-year hires

The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $120,000 with the average starting salary in the 40th percentile range; commensurate with experience and training. This ensures we get you properly seated within our organization so that all parties feel good about our future together.
