Senior Research Associate
Vancouver, WA (onsite)
As a Senior Research Associate, you will be a key player in our Drug Creation team, your expertise in LC-MS/MS will be crucial for developing assays and implementing various advanced techniques. This role is not just about contributing to various drug development programs, but about making a significant impact. Your work will be instrumental in developing and optimizing cell-based bioassays, ligand-binding potency assays, and more, all underpinned by a deep understanding of mammalian cell MOAs.
Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS equipment, ensuring top-notch peptide/protein analysis.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sample preparation protocols for LC-MS analysis.
• Analyze and interpret mass spectrometry data, driving forward our research projects with your insights.
• Work collaboratively with our research team, contributing to experimental design and strategic discussions.
• Keep abreast of the latest LC-MS/MS advancements, integrating new techniques into our protocols.

Qualifications:
Senior Research Associate:

• BSc in biology, cell biology, immunology, or a relevant field with 5 years of experience:
• Extensive experience with LC-MS/MS operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in peptide/protein sample preparation for LC-MS analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop cell-based bioassays and potency assays.
• Collaborative team player in a matrixed environment.

The salary range for Senior Research Associate is $85,000 - $95,000/year. Competitive equity package applies. Pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
