We have recently expanded our location to include a new facility here in Reno. We are seeking Warehouse Workers interested in joining our Reno team. We are looking for talented individuals with experience or qualified candidates that are mechanically inclined, have a positive attitude, good work ethics, and willingness to be trained.

What you will be doing:

• Safely load and unload products for trucks or containers
• Receiving and Storage:
• Manage receipt of all products, including verifying box count, packing slip counts and inspecting for freight damage.
• Stage and store product in the warehouse according to organizational standards
• Noting and tagging product location in the warehouse
• Logging product into IQ, the warehouse tracking system
• Pull product and assist with loading shipments out of the warehouse, ensuring the product is protected and vehicles are properly packed.
• Wrap/unwrap pallets
• Operate forklifts to move products within the warehouse
• Communicate efficiently with supervisors and teammates, including interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with office and installation staff.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, highly organized and safe manner, including stored product, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, etc.
• Ensure security of the warehouse at all times, including the establishment of security procedures and instructions for warehouse crew and installation field crew.
• Comply with regulations and procedures to align with quality service standards and ensure hazardous materials are properly stored and secure.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Valid and current forklift certification preferred
• Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management, processes and procedures a plus
• Must have excellent work ethic and can-do mindset.
• Individual a positive and respectful demeanor

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have good attitude, work well in a team setting, ability to learn and retain information

Job Requirements:

• Current and Valid DL (Providing Driving Record is a plus)
