Become an expert in community solar and green energy

Quickly qualify and build rapport with potential new customers

Recognize customer needs and requirements to improve customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the Solar Energy Associate and Management team to set goals, improve sales tactics, and increase client retainment

Understand the client's needs and offer an effective solution by matching specific product features and benefits

Set appointments with clients to review their energy savings report

Demonstrate enthusiasm and create a welcoming and educational experience

Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques

Our Most Successful Solar Energy Associates are :

Experience in the green energy, solar, or consulting industry is a plus

High school diploma or GED

Well organized with the ability to tightly manage a multitude of responsibilities

Engaging and friendly personality

Competitive and determined to the extent of achieving performance goals and the desire to continuously improve
