Position Overview*

As a vital member of our Home Care Team, the Scheduling Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of services between clients and caregivers. This position involves creating and maintaining schedules, guaranteeing adequate staffing levels, and upholding the continuity of care to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregiver shifts by aligning qualifications and availability with clients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate computerized schedules, ensuring timely data entry for clients and caregivers.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to address day-to-day scheduling changes.
  • Enter and manage client and caregiver information within the database.
  • Identify and proactively address scheduling issues such as call-offs and no-shows.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, prospective clients, caregivers, potential employees, team members, and referral sources.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all information related to employees, clients, and their families.
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

Knowledge of in-home care
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change
Team player with good listening skills
Dependable and punctual

Salary:

$43,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Full-time: standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
