Summary: The Therapeutic Programming Director provides leadership and development in quality programming efforts. Effectively implements, participates in and oversees daily activities which reflect the mission of individualized programming. Performs psychosocial assessments and participates in individualized service plan development and presentation. Assist in staff development in non-clinical areas of senior interaction. Interact with internal and external persons to provide an engaging environment.

This position will oversee programming at both ABridge Care Cottage of Kewaunee and The Concord at Kewaunee.

24 hour, awake staff on duty.
Assistance with outside transportation arrangements.

Basic and moderately advanced Health services included in one (not all) of assessed levels (see fee schedule) may be:
Monthly weights and vital signs
Limited, prescribed therapeutic diets (pureed, mechanical soft, thickened liquids)
Glucose monitoring, insulin administration
Medication management
Communication with physicians and other designated health care personnel
Memory Care and Dementia Related Behavioral interventions
Functional Maintenance Programs as developed by therapists
Ambulation and mobility programs
Monitoring of identified personal needs of bathing, dressing, hygiene

Pay: $17 - $20 / hour
